Open app.glancejobs.com and sign in with Google. A short onboarding sets up your profile — it takes about a minute, and you can change anything later.
Add GlanceJobs from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar so the side panel is one click away. It works on Chrome, Edge and Brave.
Click the GlanceJobs icon and open the side panel, then choose Sign in to App Portal. Sign in on the website, come back, and the extension signs in automatically. You only do this once.
Keep job hunting the way you already do. There are a few ways to save:
Open the portal — or press View all in tracker in the side panel — and your saved jobs are already there. Move each one from Saved to Applied, Interviewing, Offer or Rejected, attach the resume you sent, and tailor your resume to each job's description right from its job card — see how.

Save a job with the extension and its description comes with it. Open the job card in your tracker and tailor your resume to that exact description: in one click, or step by step.
Press Tailor automatically on any saved job. GlanceJobs tailors your base resume to that job's description, creates a PDF, saves it in your Documents and attaches it to the job card, so you always know which resume you sent where.
Want to fine-tune it? Advanced Tailor opens the AI Tailoring page with the job title and description already filled in. Review and edit the JD, pick a resume template, generate, then download as PDF or an editable Word file, and save it back to the job card or to Documents. Every version stays in your history.
