What you get in the portal today:
Add GlanceJobs - H1B OPT Sponsorship Checker to Chrome from the Web Store. One click to install, no configuration. Badges work without an account.
Search jobs or visit company pages on LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, or Glassdoor exactly as you normally would. The extension works silently in the background.
Each company is automatically labeled with its OPT and H1B sponsorship status in real time — no extra clicks required.
Sponsor status is buried, inconsistent, and constantly changing. We surface it automatically so you can focus on applying — not researching.
Whether you're on OPT hunting for your first role or an experienced professional seeking H1B sponsorship, GlanceJobs shows you who sponsors — right on LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Glassdoor.
The extension reads company names from the page and checks them against our database in real time — giving you OPT and H1B sponsorship labels without ever leaving LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, or Glassdoor.
"We only retrieve company names to check against our database — the extension works quietly in the background."
